I joined the company earlier this year, eager to contribute and grow, especially given my extensive experience in the industry. Unfortunately, my time here has been nothing short of disappointing. From the start, I faced significant obstacles that made it nearly impossible to succeed in my role. Despite my repeated attempts to seek help and guidance, I received zero support. I was not allowed in the office, received no training, and was denied access to essential tools like the inventory system and sales software. This lack of support made it extremely challenging to integrate into the team or make any meaningful contributions.

What's even more troubling is the unprofessional manner in which my compensation was handled. My salary was changed without my knowledge, and my commission checks were not issued as promised. The lack of clear communication and the inconsistent reporting of my earnings were both unprofessional and disrespectful. This lack of transparency made it difficult to trust the company's commitment to its employees.

The company's culture tolerates and, in some cases, even enables poor management behavior. Talented employees are discouraged, and many have left under similar circumstances. It's alarming to see such behavior go unchecked, and I fear more valuable team members will be lost or never fully realized. If you're considering joining, I strongly recommend speaking to current and former employees to get an honest picture of what you might be walking into.
