espchat.com Mila Did not resond to 4 emails requesting a refund nor did they refund my mioney Internet

I purchased this service through an e-mail on 10/12/14 and immediately started receiving emails asking me to upgrade the service for an additional fee. I quickly realized this company was about making money and not a legitimate organization so on 10/13/14, I asked for a refund and cancellation of the service. I stopped receiving any additional emails but my request was never acknowedged and the money was not refunded despite their terms claiming that a complete and immediate refund would be issued on request within the first 30 days. I then sent 3 additional emails to all the addresses I coud find for them and still have not received a response or a refund. These people are scam artists just looking to rip people off. Avoid them like the plague!

As a follow up to my report, I have finally received a refund from espchat as per my request. It took entirely too long and no one bothered to respond to my emails but at least I finally got my money back.
