I ordered two items from Especially Yours . . .  the firs item was a human hair wig, the second item was  teal and white country club dress.

When I did not receive the wig I called and they advised me that the wig was no longer in stock and the charge had been removed from my credit card. Two days later I received an email that said "oops, we made a mistake your wig is in stock so reorder, which I did.

I received the dress which included a jacket.  The dress was fine but when I tried on the dress the jacket had a construction defect. The left sleeve was not attached correctly and made it difficult to get the arm in the sleeve.  I called Especially Yours and asked them to pay for the return shipping since the dress was defective. I was advised by three supervisors that they would not pay for shipping in advance . . . rather I would have to send the dress back and they would inspect ir and determine if the dress is defective then refund the shipping. I told them they should refund the original shipping and the return shipping since they sent a defective product.

I do all of my shopping online and this is the only company that does this. I believe it is because their primary customers are African-American women.  I told them to cancel my wig order, cancel my magazines and I am done with them.
