Espirt Softwares Pvt, Ltd ESPL Unethical Company: Software codes filled with errors Internet
Permit me to share with you my own experience with an unscrupulous company that we hired on Guru.com. Espirt Softwares (ESPL,) (Guru ID: 706850) delivered to us a broken site and for the past 2.5 months adamantly refused to fix their error ridden software. Below (#3) is their Work Terms posted publicly on Guru.com. Hopefully, this Indian software developer companys unethical conduct is the exception- not the rule. I am sure that there are some excellent software developers in India, however Espirt Softwares Pvt, Ltd is clearly not one of them. Therefore, I am notifying the public to stay away from this Indian company, Espirt Softwares. I also wish to point out that Espirt Softwares (www.esplindia.com) additionally pressured us to provide them with positive reviews assuring us that they would not only fix bug issues as was expected (again, please see #3 below) but also be available for additional minor issues as well. Unfortunately, we trusted that they would ethically follow up on their assurances, and left them good reviews on Guru.com and paid them in full. Not only has Espirt Softwares 100% misled us and delivered us an error-ridden software, but they have also refused to resolve the bug issues! This India-based company cannot be trusted and should not be in business. They are extremely unprofessional and unethical. I do not want another individual to suffer as we did. While some companies make guarantees (and keep them), others dont. Consumer please beware of Espirt Softwares.

The Title named Esprit Softwares Pvt. Ltd with a slight misspelling (Espirt instead of Esprit); therefore I am correcting it here so that there is no confusion. This Indian company also goes by the name Espirit Softwares Pvt. Ltd. They are based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India and their email is project.dev@esplindia.com. The owners are Rahul Choudhary and Ronak S Patel. This company (their website is www.esplindia.com) is entirely untrustworthy, unprofessional and unethical. If you are looking to be taken for a ride and lose your investment than hire Esprit or Espirit, or ESPL (they are the same company). They refused to abide by their warranty/guarantee. They refused to correct the coding they sent us that had numerous bugs and major problems. Esprit delivered to us a non-working site, yet, arrogantly refused to acknowledge their inexcusably sloppy work. Esprit will go on their merry way scamming other people. Beware of this company.
