ESPN.com Fantasy Games No refund given for malfunctional, unused product. Internet Based Out Of Bristol Connecticut
Our league signed up in June for ESPN's League Manager, nice and early, only to find out that after it went live in late July or early August that it couldn't do many of things it promised. "Your league, your way"...what a crock. Max runningbacks of six, sorry, we need more than that. Also, tons of stuff is still nonfunctional less than a week from the start of the season, I signed up for a functional product, not this mess.
We went to fanball.com, so ESPN is not an option, and after numerous calls to EPSN's fantasy games customer service they said they couldn't even give a partial refund to us, even though we're not going to use it this season and the only thing stopping them is their 30-day terms (we didn't actually SEE the product until late July, I tried to cancel in mid-August).........
(WDIG agrees that it will terminate Customer's account upon notice from Customer. If cancellation is received within the first 30 days of Customer signing up for a service, Customer will be refunded all subscription fees for that service, but Customer will still be obligated to pay any other charges incurred. If Customer cancels a service after 30 days of signing up for a service, no refund for unused time on such service will be made. If Customer has a balance due on any WDIG account, Customer agrees that WDIG can charge these unpaid fees to their credit card.)
So now they scammed us out of $100. Other leagues that sign up now get a CLEARLY OUTLINED trial. We signed up "sight-unseen" and for that we get punished.
