Espresso Italia bogus locations, waited several weeks for product, never returns phone calls and now have basically been left high and dry by my locator, I haven't heard from her in over a month Ripoff Boynton Beach Florida
I too have been duped by the espresso italia scam. I bought 5 machines for $12,999 almost a year ago. I have only placed 3 out of the 5 and had to take the third one out because they never even sold the free case I gave them after 4 months. My other 2 locations are barely doing 1 case per month.
They told me they had professional locators and all I had to do was demonstrate the machine and run my business. What a crock that was. Every time I called a lead I had to resell the machine before I set the appointment. Also everytime I order some product I would have to wait 3 weeks or more and thats after several follow up calls from me, and they give me excuse after excuse.
I have complained to Richard Sciaccatano numerous times and get the song and dance from him on how they are improving there customer service department and locations department. That was over a month ago and I haven't heard from my locator since then. I have called her every day this week and have not heard from her yet.
The biggest problem now is I have all of this crap sitting in my basement and have no way of selling it. It's time we all got together and filed a lawsuit to get our money back. It's sad that this company does not act on their complaints to fix them because they could make a hell of a lot of money if they did.
