I paid around 12,500 US dollars for a coffee machine distributorship with Espresso Italia. The contract said I would get '5 machines' and '15 location appointments' It also noted 'If I am unsatisfied with any of my location appointments, or if they do not generate 'projected' revenue' those machines would be replaced to a new location 'free of charge'.

Its a coffee machine dealership. And Espresso Italia had claimed to have 'professional' marketing assistants in my city. Who would locate strategic locations for my machines and call the business owners. After that all I would have to do is call the business ask them when they would like me to check my machine out.

I signed the contract more than a year ago. To date I have recieved just 5 location appointments. 3 of witch 'completely deny' having talked to any 'espresso italia' agents. In other words, bogus locations that they never talked to. And 2 of them have kept my machine for the last 6 months and have not used them at all. I have NOT generated even 1 dollar in coffee sales. How is it possible that not even 1 coffee cup is sold for six months. Then I Start calling them back, My phone is put on hold. (Note: When I used to call prior to my initial transfer of funds and contract signing. I just had to call the same number ask for Dan Suster. And He'd be available almost all the time).

After 6 months of unsuccessfull machines and bad customer service. I call them up to ask them where are my other 10 location appointments and I am obviously 'not satisfied' with the current ones. There is a secretary who takes your number and 'never' passes on the message. I've tried calling more than 3-4 times a week. They are always busy. I sent a fax indicating that Should I not recieve any reply, I would be inclined to a legal action. I still haven't recieved any reply. Its been about 2 months since that.

I realy want my money back. I have spent money on a warehouse to keep the '5000' coffee capsules they sent as a 'bonus'. I have two of my machines stuck at bogus locations. 3 of them just idle at home.
