Complaint Review: Espresso Italia

Espresso Italia appeared to be a great idea and a great opportunity, however once they have your money, they do not follow through with their promises, and you can never get a hold of anyone there to speak with. I have left dozens of messages (since they are always "in meetings" or their "lines are busy") and have not received a single callback.

At this point, even if I get my machines located (which it looks like I would need to do myself), I am concerned that I would not be able to order and receive product to keep my business going.
