First indication of problem was delay of more than 90 days for intial shipment in 2004.

Customer Support was abhorrent, but I was able to get a least some support via various channels. Extremely frustrating trying to get supplies to service customers.

Never received final 250 case shipment from opening order prior to company going bankrupt last week. They still owe me almost 300 cases of coffee. I had been pushing for weeks to get the shipment because I was very suspicious that they had serious financial issues.

Supposedly some of the internal staff are trying to reorganize and work with existing distributors, but doubt if they will honor prevously paid for, but not shipped orders from existing distributors.

I am trying to find out if anyone has any information about a class action suit against the owners for recovery of funds and damages or how to initiate one.
