What interests me is Patrick Albright's statement that operations to 'aggressively' seek new disributors have winded-down to better serve existing distributors. Funny, but I don't recall any communication from Espresso Italia that has confirmed that commitment. Wait a minute, I did. It came in a response on this site, which is apparently, the preferred forum for official Espresso Italia communications. That in itself speaks volumes about the credibility of Espresso Italia and specifically, Shadd Vickery, Partick Albright, and frontman Richard Sacciateno.

My experience with Espresso Italia has been that only after threats of legal action, I had received any response. When there was a response, in conversations with Richard, he would state one thing, and tell my partner another. Inconsistency in response speaks volumes, as well.

Believe it or not, we are moderately successful. We created our own business and marketing plan, and materials, along with a prospecting strategy. Unfortunately, we cannot expand due to the lack of service, integrity and willful negligence of Espresso Italia.

So, in that vein, we are filing a complaint a cease and desist order to the NYS attorney general, have secured an practice that is liscenced in NY and Fl that will seek to recover our investment along with punitive damages. We were told by the lead attorney that in using Jim Humphrey as a reference (who also just happened to be a shill, err, contractor to Espresso Italia, and did not disclose same) constitutes fraudulent behavior. Secondly, we have outstanding product that is due to us that has not been received, and thirdly, we no longer have a locator. Breech of contract, fraudulence and the evidence provided from cases in Maryland (which produced a cease and desist order to EI on 1/25/05) along with a history of fruadulent behavior (FTC ruling 2002) suggest that the principals of EI (and their atorneys) will have their work cut out for them.

Additionally, contacting local South Florida media outlets such as the Sun-Sentinel, Miami Herald, along with the multitude of television outlets serving South Florida should provide good fodder for News Directors to follow-up on this story.

For those of you pursuing legal action, can you use this forum to state SPECIFICALLY what actions you're taking? Building a credible case against EI requires coordination, citing specific wrongdoing and 'getting the word out', not only about EI, but the principals (Shadd Vickery, Partick Albright and Richard Sacciateno) as well. I would urge you to google South Florida TV stations and email their News departments, and email local editor news departments with the Sun Sentinel and The Miami Herald with SPECIFIC information to publicize your respective plights. Stick to facts, don't get into name calling and reference these threads in the Rip-off report, as well.

Let's focus on our SPECIFIC complaints, actions and publicizing wrongdoing by these people. Doing that will insure the better result. Lastly, remember that if you choose legal action, you must look to indict not only the company, but its' officers and primary operatives.

A shill, a contract? I don't think so.

First I want to say that I am sorry about your dilemma, but making accusations and defaming my charatcter is not the answer. Lets take the first thing you accused me of. (Shill) I have been in business for many years as a distributor and I continue to do so. I buy my product, machines, etc., as all distributors do. I have never been told what to say or get money for potential distributors.

The next accusation is (Contract). Ij have never had a contract with EI. I did train on Saturday's because of my expertise. Being in business for many years qualified me. I only wanted to give my best to distrubutors on how to use the equipment and how to solicit business. I do my own soliciting and have used many other resources for leads.

I hope this clarifies my situation.

If any of you are not convinced yet, let me add a few more things

I emailed Richard Sciaachetano and ask him why was he just now trying to answere questions on the rip off report, and suddenly they were going to help us ( I am a victim ) I gave them $23,000.00

His response was, rip off would not allow Espresso Italia to reply. This is a blatant lie. Rip off has not denied Espresso Italia the ability or right to submit a report. I actually was in contact with ripoff editor.

One last thing, I spoke with a distributor that flew down to Florida to talk with Espresso Italia, they knew she was coming, she told them the date and time. There was no one there when she arrived. Oh, we closed early that day, you did not have an appointment. She tried to make an appointment, EI told her that was not needed. One more thing, they also did not tell her that they had moved their office. What kind of company does this, we all know the answere to this, Espresso Italia.

I think Richard Sciacchetana has lied to me more than my ex-husband!
