Complaint Review: ESS/CMG LLC

On 2/26 an man named Brent Clark with ESS (Eastern Star Solutions) called me at work stating I had bad checks and was about to be filed on from a payday loan I took out in 2010. I told him I have no recollection of that could he send me some info on it. He said NO He called from SC 864-610-3396.He has my SSN, Bank Acct # and dob. He threatened me with a lawsuit, told me I had to settle or he would turn it over to the Travis Co Sheriffs Dept and they would come to my work. I told him to let me go to my bank and talk to them, He said no. he needed me to settle. I ask for paperwork, anything at all. He said no. I said I would call him early on the 27th that I was at work and could not rec calls at work to please not call me there. Gave him my cell #. I called on the 27th to talk to him. He did not answer. Later he called me at work, yelled screamed, threatened legal action. Said he would fax the paperwork showing I was a theif to my HR Dept at work and call my co-workers. I hung up telling him to never call me at work again. 2 min later another man called me AT WORK from a Houston number 214-865-7083 yelling at me. He called me a theif, a lier, a cheat and a few other things and said if I did not settle the police would come to my work and that they were going to call me again today AT work a 4 PM. I am in tears
