Complaint Review: Essaytown.com

I ordered a custom made research paper from the folks at essaytown and used their two day service for a 3 page paper. it was never delievered to my email, and when i started looking for somewhere to complain about it to on their website i could only find a general question form to fill out which was much closer to an order form than a complaint form.

i have emailed them twice telling them of their "oversight", but it is obvious now that they have taken my $87 and now never intend to speak with me again. This is insanely aggrivating, and insane that they can get away with this. How can it be legal/possible for an internet sight to falsely offer services take your money and then not produce the goods, and not be shut down for it?

Dont use essaytown, and dont let any of your friends use essaytown, but if your looking to get revenge on someone advise them to use essaytown.
