Ordered free sample and paid shipping. Didn't like the product, called and got an RMA to return. Returned product. Have delivery confirmation that it was received 12/12/12.  Was charged $83.80 on my credit card. No refund by 1/11/13. Called and was told they could not process because my card expired, gave them the new expiration date, they said it would not process, they would issue a check on 1/14/13. 1/25/13 called again as the check still had not arrived. The check had finally been issued on 1/25/13.

The problem was between your bank and our bank where somehow the refund attempts were rejected and therefore we had to write you a check. This manual process takes time compared to doing it through our database while you are on the phone.
