I called and asked about an order before placing. I wanted clarification due to the way it was listed. I was told each "item” was 15 pieces of paneling on a pallet. I ordered 3, or 45 pieces of paneling. When the delivery arrived it was 3 sheets of paneling NOT 3 pallets of paneling. I refused delivery and called to enquire about a refund since I had been charged $850 for 3 sheets of paneling. I was told it would be credited back to me as soon as item was received at warehouse.

10 days later, no communication and no refund. Called again and customer service said there should have been an online form filled out from them and they would do it and then find my returned items before approving my money back. This place is ridiculous and has horrible customer service. I am sick of calling and emailing them. I am behind on a project and I am out of patience! I am suffering due to their lack of training of customer service.
