Complaint Review: Essential mgt/Laurcan Partners 2

The onsite manager is paid to be onsite during business hours. They are never onsite! The onsite mgr charged me rent for a family member who was staying temporarily and kept the money. She then later contacted the building attorney and had them send me a letter saying I had unauthorized people although I have all the rent receipts and one specifically says for extra person. There is a resident who has been here for 35 years she is 90 years old and they denied her a parking space citing she didnt need one, there are other residents who are forced to park on the street= although the mgr her husband and her daugter each have a parking spot. They turn off the water without proper notice=we find out when we are in the shower, cooking, washing clothes, etc. I have lived here for 3 years and I have never recieved a 24 hour notice for anything. I have had my apartment entered on 3 different occassions without my consent or notice onsite manager and property mgt supervisor I called 911, The maintenance man 2 times because the onsite mgrs teen daughter gave them my keys. The main gate call box does not work=mail man cant deliver the mail and you cant get in unless someone opens it from inside Onsite mgr said its not important and has yet to fix it..its been 3 weeks late mail, missed deliveries, Just Plain and Simple NOT SAFE.

The onsite mgr forgets that she works here and that the residents actually pay rent to live here..she is rude and doesnt do her job, yet she still has one. They take advantage of the immigrants who live here with false complaints and monetary extortion. There are two people who have recently moved that lived her for 10 yrs plus because they were being extorted=charged more than their lease requires.
