Complaint Review: Essential Nutra

Received Garcina & Green Cofee weight loss products in the mail.  Said you had a 30 day money back guarantee you only had to pay shipping and handling.  After 2 weeks was charged 92.97 and 92.99.  Product did not work as they had claimed and was going to return for credit and/or cancel.  When I placed order online said nothing about a 14 day trial before you placed order.  Went back to their website just to make sure, said you had a 30 day money back guarantee.  There is nothing on there about that.  Called this this morninging.  What a joke!!!  When I called and told customer service what my problem was they would put me on hold and line was disconnected twice.  Finally on the third try I was able to get through a whole conversation. I asked for a supervisor and was told no one available.  Told them I wanted the charges reversed because my doctor told me that I do not need to be taking this product.  Was affecting my blood pressure.  Lady tried to argue with me that it wasnt their fault.  Said that she wanted me to call back in a month and they would send me more product at a 60% discount.  What part of my doctor said not to take did she not understand.  Kept trying to overtalk me.  I had been really patient up until that point.  Told her Im not calling back and that I had better not receive any more product from them. She finally gave me cancellation #s and said that I would not be receiving anything else.  Calling my bank tomorrow to get charges removed from my account.  People need to beware when working with this company
