Complaint Review: Essential Nutra

Buyer beware!  I've learned a very expensive lesson and don't want others to be scammed like I was.  In an attempt to order a weight loss product, I was forced to buy two products. Granted, each ONLY cost $5.99.

I was contacted several times a day by representatives from this company, wanting to verify and confirm my order had been placed. By the 3rd day, I began telling each caller, I wanted to cancel and stop receiving their calls.

A week later my card was billed $92.99 AND $92.77 at 11:30 p.m. When I called the company, I informed the representative, Beth that I was on the RIPOFF report website and had in front of me multiple complaints from several different states and Nebraska was going to be added to the mix.

This began a multitude of times I was put on hold while she discussed the situation with her supervisor. Each time offerring me extended time to try their product, with no additional charges to my card...  Scam of the Century my friends.
