Complaint Review: Essential Retail Services Inc./Pacific Air Conditioning & Heating

We performed and completed HVAC maintenance work for the above entity on 9-21-17 for Brookstone Group and on 9-26-17 and 11-30-17 at Huntington Learning Center. The balance due is $1,437.15. All documents have been satisfactorily submitted repeatedly by regular mail, email, and fax. Numerous phone calls contacting the company were made, and each time a different "story" was recited by Ms. Kelly McCoy (accounts payable). I was threatened by Ms. Alley Bradley who stated that if we didn't send a technician immediately, after we did four calls and hadn't received any payment, she would back charge us. We still don't understand how a back charge would apply if no payments were made? As employees of this entity they should be uncomfortable and embarrassed to be associated with them. Evidently, this is the method that this outfit operates by. Brookstone Group and Huntington Learning Center have both been contacted informing them that they are not paying vendors. Not only haven't we been paid but we've paid the expenses related to their calls which included payroll, payroll taxes, material, gas, insurance, and state sales tax. Pacific Heating & Air Conditioning license number is: 930009, they are registered in Nevada and their Nevada business ID is: NV20061643151, 04-14-2006, and their Nevada state ID is: E0284142006-8. Their California state compensation fund policy number is: 9039440 and they have a contractor's bond with Western Surety Co. Surety A87, Bond # 70668565 in the amount of $15,000. There are numerous other complaints against them, which are viewable on USACOMPLAINTS.com, yscam.com, yelp.com, birdeye.com, outscam.com, and yellowbook. It's a wonder why anyone, a consumer or a business would do any business at all with this outfit. It's a disgrace that this business entity is permitted to conduct business and not remit any payment for services rendered.
