These people try to convince you that they are affiliated with Microsoft Technical Support [they have never heard of this company]. You ask them a computer question, they get you to agree to give them access to your computer, and then they make it look like you have viruses on your computer but it's not true. They do this so that you will sign a contract with them to clear the viruses but it's based on their deceitful tactics. I checked with the official microsoft company after I thought I had cut them off from my computer, only to find out that when they were working on it they had inserted a program that was still active. So even though I had broken off the connection with them and turned my computer off and back on again, they still had access to my computer. Luckily, the official Microsoft technician was able to remove this program before any problems occurred.
