Essentials Gold, Citibank unauthorized charges on credit card. Rip-off! Sioux Falls South Dakota
I, like many others on this site discovered a charge on my credit card called Essentials Gold. I had never heard of this and absolutely would never have signed up for it even if I had!! This is some kind of program THRU CITIBANK THEMSELVES and they tried to tell me that it could only have been charged from my accepting their offer. I demanded they remove this charge and couldn't believe the woman was still trying to sell me on it even as I told them I would report this incident!
