Complaint Review: Essex Technology Group

eBay Winner or Loser?????? Purchased Item "5744424343 for $93.87 + $20.00 Shipping , "Yamaha HTR-5280 5.1 Home Audio Receiver" on eBay through auction on 1/15/2005.
Actual item description said: "The receiver's display works properly. The receiver powered on as it should."

Upon getting item, it didn't worked, was in Poor condition and it was a 32lb paperweight. I contacted Essex and they said I have 10 days to return the item or I could have a $15.00 discount. I sent the item back Via FEDX tracking #468868240044860 and they signed for the delivery. They refused to give me my $ back.

They also mentioned that since I returned the item that after 10 days it becomes their property and they can no RIP SOMEONE ELSE OFF!!!!! They even had the nads to ask me to send additional shipping fees.
THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY!!!!!!
THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!
