Complaint Review: Estarland

Estarland Order didnt arrive. Customer support didnt answer my past 13 mails. Fairfax Virginia

I placed an international order (I'm at Monterrey, Mexico, I live like 4-5 hrs from Texas). My order was processed on 04/10 but as today 07/24, I haven't received it. I've sent so far 13 e-mails with no answer.

During this time, I've placed 3 int'l calls to them (which is expensive to me, the cheapest call was $7.25, so I have spent near $22.00 on LD calls). On the first call they told me that unfortunately, since is an International order, no tracking number was provided... what? First they told me to wait 20 business days. I waited. Then they told me to wait 45 days. I waited. As if this wasn't enough, the guy told me to wait 2 months and a half (due date 06/25). I understand that due customs the order can get delayed but I can't believe there is no way to track the order, what if it was already lost or delivered to someone else?

Due date came with no answer from them. So I kept sending e-mails to support@estarland.com. No answer. Placed a 2nd call. Representative told me there is no ticket open for my situation, but he will leave a report. What? So what did the guy from my 1st call did about my situation? He recommend me to send a new mail to support@estarland.com directed to Dan. I sent the mail. No answer.

Waited more, kept sending mails with no answer. Placed a 3rd call on 07.14. Representative (Mitchell or Michael) told me ONCE AGAIN that he will open a report. he stated there is no info about what is going on with my order, but they will try to track it with USPS (So I wasted my money on my first 2 calls). Just to be sure this time, I asked the representative to send me an e-mail confirmation with the info he told me. He sent to me a mail (which I'm grateful since no other person answered any of my past 13 mails) in which he states that they will track my order.

So far I havent received an answer. I will wait 2 weeks more before placing a new call.

The thing that amazes me is that they take so long to track my order, what if I keep waiting 4-5 months and they'll end up telling me to wait another couple months? C'mon, my order by now should be considered lost or delivered to someone else. I was surprised they only charged $6 for the shipping and handling, however, I wouldn't mind paying $39 for s&h like on ebgames and receive my order on 3 days THATS RIGHT, on ebgames I received my international order on 3 days, so I hardly believe the order is delayed due customs, since I've received orders I placed later.

OH GOD IM SO HAPPY.

after not receiving mails from support@estarland.com, I decided to call again to the office in Virginia.

The call was answered by Dan. GOD BLESS HIM. He solved my issue in less than 5 mins. He credited my $52.40 so I was able to place a new order, which I hope arrives in time.

THANK YOU DAN, FOR BEING IN MY SHOES AND RESOLVING MY ISSUE NO ONE COULD BEFORE.

Even though this wasnt my best experience shopping online, people like Dan make me trust again that when there is good will, good business' can be made.

Thank you Dan again. Hope all others Estarland representatives can be like you.

Once again, No answer from E-Starland

After my ripoff report, I received an e-mail from Estarland on which they say they are almost done with my claim.

However as of today 08-09-08, I havent received a final response. Have sent within the week several mails. No answer.

I just want to Update that today 07.26 I received an e-mail from Estarland, on which they state that my claim is being attended and requested from me a letter on which I explain my issue w/ date and my signature included.

I'm goin to send it today. I hope this can solve my issue.
