Estate Affairs is running a scam in which they agree to empty the contents of your home and get the best re-sale prices for your belongings.  They pay for a few items and keep the rest for themselves, claiming that you told them to "donate" everything.  Of course they can not document this, since it only happened in their imaginations.  If you pursue the issue they may return a few items that belong to you (caution - most will be damaged).  However, they keep the most valuable of your items for themselves.  This happened to me when I went to the home of one of these women and saw my furniture in her home.  They usually target the elderly who are liquidating their estates and moving into assisted living.  The other people I know of who were victims of these scum are 89 and 90 years old.  Another elderly victim is no longer living.  How low can you go???
