Complaint Review: Estate Jewelry Auctioneers AKA Fashion Strada located LA Manhattan Beach and possibly GA Zygimantas Kiznis

I wired 55 thousand dollars that included fees from the auctioneers and taxes for a specialty Rolex Watch. My first and only email was a tracking number that I looked up. It just said, Label created.   It was for an anniversary so I asked them to expedite and they were more than happy to do so.  After that the anniversary came and went.  I kept asking for tracking and got generic answers through the website of Live Auctioneers. Mind you, I have had previous success on that website but they have 0 customer support when it comes to fraud.  More time went and I tried to call. I had a private detective look them up and he provided me with many websites and bad reviews where he would do the same exact thing. Estate Jewelry Auctioneers. Fashion Strada   Zygimantas Kiznis ..     Read his responses to bad reviews.. buyer remorse?  No , after much back and forth.. He told me.. supply chain problem.. for a Rolex?  This was a specialty watch that was used with a serial number.. then he said.. service proble,. then for Live Auctioneers sake who must read our messages.. He said..I had been refunded..  I contacted my fraud team and they contacted his bank and we did get his account frozen.. Now he is saying he cant refund me because his accounts are frozen.. So I will have to sue him.. I just want to warn everyone to read the bad reviews before you buy from any auction house..  I have proof of my wires, a fraud team, attorneys but still out the money and I am a fool for not checking in first.   Awful
