It seems that you claim to never sell directly to the public, but are a wholesale distributer of shutters....Hmmmmm. Why is it then that Ken Montoya goes out and fliers neighborhoods with fliers that have Creations Carpet and Blinds of Phoenix? Is he not your President of Sales and Marketing? If I call the number on the flier it goes to Ken who is very willing to come out and give me a quote. So ken does sales for Creations Carpet and spends his time putting fliers in new homes, works for you and also works for Creations carpet? Also, did you know it is illegal to have builder keys and use them without permission? I can only assume that's how Ken gets into these houses that are locked.

So... you are free to explain to everyone how it is that your president of sales also does sales for a separate company, but yet you claim you only sell to dealers. Is this a fun little side job for him? Sounds like shinanigans to me.

I will post the lawsuit in detail regarding the company you were liable to. The case went into your Bankruptcy and of course discharged. You remember the bankruptcy, right? Why is it that you had to file BK in the first place? Is it because you stole money (over $200,000) from customers and did'nt give them their product? I just realized your post supported my post and the fiction posted here. Unquestionably this is another statement of fabrications. Case in point, there was no way you purchased anything from Discount Blind & Shade Factory in April or May of 2006! A pathetically feeble attempt to present claims on a public forum that can easily be discredited! Again, you've done nothing more here than prove my point. You've allowed insight into your hidden agenda and malevolent purpose.

An e-mail was forwarded to my place of business today. The author was not courageous enough to provide their name or an e-mail address that would accept a response in return. First and foremost, if any individual is to determined to attempt to affect my employment or life as to send messages of harassment, have the gallantry to include who you are. This was and continues to be a cowardly act. If you are so confident in your position, expose yourself.

The e-mail received is what compelled me to look at RipoffReport.com. It came as no surprise the smear campaigns and accusations made in this forum were alive and well. My statements are not outwardly directed to anyone specifically. Undoubtedly, I'm sure he/she/they know who they are.

I spent more than a year electing to ignore the conjured up stories and allegations made against us. Considering there was absolutely no accuracy to the accounts and what had transpired in my families personal and business lives, why attempt to further defend or explain when our every statement would most certainly be met with aggression of a mind closed to the other side.

In short, many chose to accept information provided and discussed among groups at face value. I remain firm in my position. No matter what is said here, in e-mails or anywhere else, what has been posted is chock-full of half truths at the very best. Most of it being a figment of a very active imagination(s).

Individuals who convince themselves, as well as other, the concocted series of fictional events are the reality. The version provided on the multiple links on this website reeks of the representatives propaganda. Nothing more than twisted gossip and no where near close to a precise recollection or educated declaration .

Using words to define us as con-artist, crook, thieves and contend we belong in jail is preposterous. The evidence of our having written a check and lost an extraordinary amount of money to the same business would most certainly quash the label assigned . Con-men, crook's and thieves do not devote personal funds to any cause while a malicious agenda is in place.

These most current attacks are yet another effort to redirect attention from an individual or group and their personal/business issues, legal matters, questionable activities and aim for what he/she/they perceive to be an easy target. It's amusing how accusers often claim other's function in a manner as the accuser does. Literally, all that has been affirmed has been projected on us based on the behaviors of others.

Most shocking is with minimal effort one could find detailed information on any contributor listed on this thread who has graced us with their true identity. Seeking a complete and thorough background check on those condemned would enlighten views, while dark clouds would form over those who instigate drama and add fuel to a faux fire. Real truth has a way of coming to the surface and exposing wrong doings of the truly guilty. I suspect this may be the case currently, generating the need to create a wave of controversy focused on us.

Addressing the author claiming to be a Police Officer; your investigation skills are in need of evaluation. The entire entry you have posted consists of lie, after lie, after another lie. For example, tell me where to find case history of the lawsuit filed by Shoreline Shutters against us seeking a judgment of over $300,000. What state is this in? I'd like the jurisdiction and case number you have claimed to have stumbled upon. I'm most confident an answer to my request for this information will not be forthcoming. Why? Because it does not exist. Never has! Not only that, but the sum you've quoted never existed.

A writer who has consistently contributed to the many threads on this site over the course of the past year recently stated Your postings here and on other sites that allow anonymous postings are worthless at best. Would it be safe to say regardless of the author, there is no value to anything that is said here? Or would that be the case only if the comments were not favorable?

Prediction of the future is not so difficult to ascertain. There is no question multiple responses will be fired off attacking me, my family, my credibility, you name it. The same author will post attack after attack under a multitude of alias's. More imaginary stories will be posted. My name is Tom Witzke and I am the CEO of Estate Shutters Inc., an Arizona corporation in good standing. I have invested nearly one million dollars in components, machinery and build out in my new shutter production facility, inventorying over 40,000 sq.ft. of Basswood components on our shelves at all times.

Estate Shutters Inc. is a wholesale to the trade only company and has never had a retail customer, as has been alleged. I offer only painted shutters at this time and have never offered stained product to any company.

The grand opening of the new facility is Jan~19th from 2pm till 7pm. No customer has been offered installation of product, as it is not an option at this time. No customer should expect installation of product by Estate Shutters Inc... Arizona does not require a contractor's license to manufacture or wholesale shutters to any company in this or any other state. I do however have all required resale licenses, occupancy certificates and tax identification numbers, as well as a multimillion dollar general liability policy to protect my staff and Customers.

Kenneth Montoya is my Sales and Marketing lead. Although he had a retail business that failed and was forced to file for bankruptcy protection due to a series of events that I will decline to elaborate on, it is irrelevant to Estate Shutters Inc..

I feel he has the experience and product knowledge that will benefit my customers. He also possesses intimate knowledge of price points and sourcing making Estate Shutters Inc. more competitive than other shutter fabricators or distributors in the state.

Kristen Wolf, who is married to Kenneth, will head my office operations. As previously stated, she too has years of experience that will prove invaluable, to both my customers and myself.

Unfortunately unfounded statements with regards to outstanding legal issues can go unchecked on some sites such as this one. Kenneth and Kristen's address as well as other personal information has been listed on this site for well over a year and there has been no attempt to hide from any law enforcement personnel. If anyone needs to find Kenneth or Kristen, you can find them working at my facility daily.
