Worst company in the business. They came to pick up a treadmill twice and walked away twice. They are blaming NordicTrack saying that its not packaged properly. NordicTrack says since I'm the end user it's not my responsibility. Now they refuse to take my calls. I've been trying to send this POS back for 2 months now. ICON FITNESS (NordicTrack) is a ripoff and ESTES Shipping is very unprofessional and incompentent. STAY AWAY.
