WORST Colon Hydrotherapy Scam! Esther Johnson's machine and instruments were filthy and she did a 'Bait & Switch' on me with her bogus discount certificate. I experienced intense pains throughout my lower abdomen during the latter half of the procedure. The pain continued unabated even after I got home that night and my husband was alarmed to see a large 4" purple band of welt that formed across my lower abdomen!
This business needs to be reported and shut down. The owner, Esther K. Johnson, also misled me with her discount certificate later saying that my Colon Hydrotherapy wasn't covered so I ended up paying the full price. My advice: STAY AWAY from this place. I've had Colon Hydrotherapy from different places several times in the past and I have always experienced it to be soothing in the hands of real professionals. I normally do not post reviews online but feel that people need to be informed about my hellish nightmare at Assured Health Services in order to spare you the unnecessary pain and expense.

I happened upon the ripoff report with respect to Practitioner Ester Johnson. The complainant said with a degree of enmity and accusation, that health professional Ms. Johnson's equipment was filthy, and she did a bait and switch, saying the discount was not covered. Having been a patient at her location, I am compelled to offer my perspective and offer a couple of questions to consider.

First, the repair and condition of her equipment and the cleanliness of her office is emaculate, and on a par with any medical office I have been seen at. Actually, it is cleaner. I was a patient three years ago, on an off for that year, then just recently I was back in her office. I was a patient for colon hydro therapy and never had I felt or experienced discomfort that was in addition to whatever affliction I was being seen for. I am not discounting the experience of the complainant, I am suggesting perhaps her problems, or what she understood of them may have been further reaching than she originally reported to Ms. Johnson.

So, was this a patient with limited knowledge of her own condition, or have any diagnosis prior to her visit of an underlying condition not known?  She spoke of a purple welt. I have had Colon Hydro Therapy, quite a bit, a fair number of times with Ms. Johnson. NEVER have I seen even a single specter of any type of impropriety Either professionally in attitude, or in a knowledge of her skills, or any safety issue.

This purple welt - may have been noticed post her therapy. However, until the root cause is determined, it is unfair to
publically ridicule who to my experience is excellent for her charges. I called around. No professional I know, has even heard of purple band from Hydro therapy. Any\physical type of therapy  moves tissue.  They then return to a more original shape that is much healither. But in this case, it does not apply.

What was the height and weight of this person?  Her percentage of body fat, factual knowledge of her overall condition, prior injuries in the abdominal cavity, what medicines was she on. Did she have high blood pressure? Moreover, did she accurately, with facts report her status, did she even know prior to her visit of any other conditions?

Fact: She made the appointment and kept it. There must have been a reason. Is it possible the patient did not fully consider, or even know or recognize what symptoms she may have had, and what they meant? When did she last go to a doctor, prior to her visit with Ms. Johnson? Doctors do have a place, especially with regard to the Diverticulum. They can be good for diagnosis. In this Could the compliment's underlying condition been misunderstood, or not mentioned? I know hundreds who had this therapy. Nothing she described have I seen as a result of it. I don't doubt she felt something, but before we hang Ms. Johnson, these questions must be answered. A slam on the internet, should not be what ruins a good person.

The human body is a miracle. But, it is also complex and does not only require maintenance but we must take responsibilty  for our own health. Even to direct our professionals. We, after all, must be responsible to ourselves. ,

Re the bill, in Ms Johnsons office, the price is agreed on first.  Esther Johnson is a very responsible woman. The ripoff report is a work of fiction.
