Estimates On Center, LLC. Buddy Nelson I hired Buddy Nelson of Estimates on Center to draw Engineered plans for a house which useless ( scam Artist ) Round Rock TX
The plans Buddy drew for me came in 3 weeks late and charged my card in full before doing any work. When i did receive the drawings they were pictures of someone elses house that he pulled of the internet.
I asked him to redraw them and refused and said its not his responsabilty. I asked for a refund and he said no. I now have to hire a new Engineer to draw the plans......This a complete fraud Do not hire
