Complaint Review: Avalon Sound & Vision

I never recieved the electronic prouduct purchased via Overstock Auction/Paypal transaction done on 12/26/2005.

The product was a Pinnacle PS Sub 150 subwoofer and the price (including shipping) was $165.

There was a UPS email that was delivered via email. But the UPS status continiously stated that the product was not available for pick up.

I left messages via email and voice mail but recieved no response. Paypal and Overstock services could not resolve issue as well.

The original web site for Avalon Sound & Vision LLC has disappeared. However, it reappears in the new website submitted in this report.
