Estoreware.com You signup for a webstore and there is no tech support and all they want is money Internet
We have signed up with this company to have a internet store. Once we have payed them $89 plus $100 for setup, our store was on the internet. We worked on the store and then we lunched it. Once the store was lunched the store was not working right and then we call tech support and they never called or they get very rude. We also signed up with a company that scans there server for hacker safe. Our report we have been getting came back as a high risk for hackers. We have called Estoreware about this and nothing ever happened and nothing was changed. We then keeped calling them and there was no answer. We then started to get calls about the site note working. Then we get calls from Estoreware that we need payment. I told them that we are not going to pay for any of this till all this is fixed. They just hung up. We have left there company and have found a new company and they are going out of there way to get our site up and running the right way. So my advice to you is make sure you get the serivce you payfore.

We fully support all customers and provide toll free support, and full training. In this case, we did a favor for a company, allowed him to split the setup fee into 2 payments. Unfortunately the customer never paid the second half of the setup fee, or ever paid a single monthly payment.
We assisted him with setup, provided 6.5 hours of training (rather than the usual 4) plus additional help.
When a customer does not pay, we stop performing support for them until the account is brought into good standing.
We have established a number excellent relationships with our supplier partners and provide ongoing and growing services to support their customers.
