Estrela Marketing Solutions don't live up to what they tell you! They cheat and scam you. They told my mom that for $600 they could give her a million e-mail that theywould send out for her. You would think that out of a million e-mails that someone would go to her site. But nothing! she has a adsense account and it is hook up to her business web site. And when I check her adsense account nothing and know one was ever there! And this business site that she has is power by Vista print and she also ask vista if anyone was there and they told my mom know one was there. But Estrela told my mom that she has to wait for these things take time. Where before they told her that they could target the market for her candles, and it would be people going right to her site the same day that they would put up the e-mails.And my mom did send to Mr Andrew Schinder two of her candles to help him to get a good ideal what to say in these e-mails. My mom only gets SSI once a month and $600 is a lot for her to just give over. But she trusted these people to do  what they said that they would do. My mom thought she would be making the $600 back when they would put out the e-mails. And she did ask if this did not work for her will she get her money  back and Mr Schinder said yes.And she did go to the better business beau and told them. But nothing was done as far as she was concern. So be ware of these people that they will lie to you to get your money. I think Estrela should be put out business and give back all the money that they cheated people out of.

It's really unfortunate that this kind o company is legal.

So she (and they) want to send out unsolicited SPAM to a million people huh?

Disgusting, she and the company should be ashamed of themselves.

This is a Completely Unfair Complaint. Here Are The Facts:

I am afraid that this complaint is very unfair. Here are the facts of our relationship with Ms. White:

1.  Ms. White indeed contracted with us to do a solo mailing to 1 million general email addresses from the single opt in file. There is no targeting criteria that can be added to this mailing. This is why the cost per thousand is so low.

2. Andrew Schindler (Her Account Executive) went over the process with her in great detail prior to putting the contract together. Mr. Schindler specifically reviewed (both on the phone and via email) that we cannot guarantee responses from a mailing. Just like in any form of advertising, there are many factors that contribute to response. Nevertheless our contract clearly states that we cannot guarantee responses from our advertising medium. No advertising medium can.

3. We try our best to help every campaign become successful but there are some cases where it does not gain a positive response to start with. What sets us apart from other companies is that, we will never allow our customers to walk away from working with us without them seeing that we tried everything in our power to make it successful. Many times this includes make-good mailings, bonus mailings, free creative design and/or free consultations.

4. After mailing the campaign, Mr. Schindler was diligent about answering any questions that arose and forwarded the online reporting which shows that she indeed got a number of opens and clicks to her web site. I am not posting the tracking link on this web site, unless Ms. White or her daughter gives me permission to do so.

5. Until I received the BBB report, Mr. Schindler nor anyone on my management team was aware of Ms. White's dissatisfaction. When the BBB complaint was brought to my attention, I got involved in this campaign and offered to work with Ms. White directly to help her get a better response on her ad. I still have not heard back from her.

Once again I encourage Ms. White and/or her daughter to contact me directly so I can work with them.
