Complaint Review: Estrella Security & Finance

I received a letter stating I won a large sum of money from a Loteria programme, it had a phone number and a fax number so I did try to fax the information but lucky it did not go through, I have a sister that has a fax and the internet so I took the letter over to her. She looked on the internet and found them on the ripoff list. They did not ask for any money but asked for a copey of my I.D. and that scares me because I tried to fax befor my sister looked this up.

I am so greatful that someone else has reported them or I may not have found this out. I ask for every one to report any scams to the internet it comes in handy to all. Thank you very much.
