Edward Outler reached out to me in need of money to pay a tax bill that the IRS levied againts him for nonpayment. After a week or so of negotiations we came to an agreement for $90,000.00 to help the business and he signed as a personal guarantee.
The day after we wired him the money he immediately put a stop payment on our collection and said to go f*** ourselves. Please beware of this man and company he is a scam artist and will do this again if someone doesnt stop him!
