On Feb 22, 2018, etags sent me a notice to renew auto tag, they make it seem like they are the department of registration of motor vehicle and the billing said to make a payment of $24.40 with a $5.00 discount of you renew before the experation date. After I made payment with my CC, they sent a receipt of $ 60.50, but when you make payment it only shows $24.40 - $5 (discount) and nothing else. Total RIPOFF....
