Complaint Review: ETB Solutions

i bought a groupon voucher for housewashing. this was purchased in 12/14.i hoped to use it this spring. ETB Solutions had different ideas.    ETB Solutions in Gaithersburg Md never returned any of my phone calls. i tried several times over a two week period. ETB's voice box was suddenly taking no more messages. Red flag. i contacted groupon.a rep checked it out. i was told ETB would be in contact. meanwhile i had my HOA on my back to powerwash my house. at this point i still thought it could be done. ETB has never responded. groupon "credited my acct" for the cost of my purchase.this was better than nothing      If you choose ETB be ready for just that. Nothing. im not sure they are even in bussines. this company is not what theyd like you to think. terrible. watch out Montgomery Co.Md.
