Unlike any other companies offering the same products and services, ETD will abuse your need as emergency service personnel for led automotive lighting.

I have been emailing back and fourth because their phone NEVER answers (I have called over 100 times in 12 days)

whoever is on the end of their "customer service" email needs firing. They do not answer your questions, such as "When will my order be shipped", "why can't I find any order information", "Can you give me a call back or tell me when is best to call".

They are morons. They are a terrible business. They do not tell you if the item is out of stock and warn you beforehand that you will have to wait weeks/months to recieve it. THEN, if you do refund you will lose money, time and a ton of patience, i promise you that.

Go elsewhere. "UltraBrightLights" just recieved my order yesterday and had it shipped today with estimated delivery the day after tomorrow. If over $1000 can't even buy you reasonable customer service, they do not deserve your money.
