Complaint Review: Eternal Pro Llc Damien

Eternal Pro llc Claimed to be pa licensed, deceptive business practices used his Ein claiming it was a contractor license. Pa Attorney General email in my complaint here as proof said he is Not licensed. Stole 6,950 dollars from me never did a minute of work, never provided any receipts or materials at my home, claimed they/he could not do my job because his employee quit, another supposedly was injured. Said he would refund my money.  Never refunded even a penny. Never worked on my home fir even a minute.

Damien also goes by name of Damian and court records list this scammer last name as dzwieleski and Jen Dzwieleski Damian Cusewski, eternal pro basement. On Facebook can be found as eternal pro llc.  Eternal pro waterproofing has complaints for shoddy work,  this thief contractor drives a white Toyota pick up. Lives at the registered pa llc address of 540 boulevard Ave which is a multi unit apartment building in name of Jennifer Dzwieleski and used another address on carmalt street.  The simple word document "contract" was based upon misrepresentation and theft by deception, it did not have as required by Pa law: his pa license number, they stole from me a larger deposit than pa law allows.

Pa law is maximum of 1/3 as a deposit, Damian stole and ripped me off for about half the quote to fix a leaking sunroom roof for 15k, and was supposed put in a few doors where the windows were which I had already purchased. This company and its owners should never be allowed in your home unless you want to be lied to scammed and ripped off.
