Eternity Cremation Urns.com, Memorials.com Liars, Cheats, Frauds, Jerks, ADvantage taking nit wits Bennington Vermont
There are actually 2 different companies who perform the same type service which is funeral and cremation urns, jewelry etc. This has been 3 who have lied, frauded, cheated and ripped my heart ou all over/ Since my experience with Memorialsgallery.com, I have been looking for a cross reasonably priced. EternityCremation Urns in Bennington Vermont and Memorial.com and the head honchos are Ralf and Debbie in Corpus Christie Texas both took my order off the internet at priced posted on their site, took my name, address, credit card info, phone # and both took my order only to call my cell 1 to 2 hours later and said th cross I ordered was not in stick and they probably would not have it for 4 to 5 months.
meanwhile, if they ever get the item, they race the price a couple hundred dollars to rip you off further. Debbie at www.memorials,com even sais she would beat anyones price is sent the link to the site. We e-mailed about an hour, I sent her the 259.00 form EternityCremation Urns and she dropped a whopping 5 cents to 258.95. Now spends an hour at her computer dickering over 5 cents and a day later and a few hours after I place an order you get a message from Ralf@prestigious.com saying "Mam - your order has been canceled." The item is out of stock. Can someone please enlighten me why these sites seem to take advantage and jerk around those greiving and are outright liars, cheats, rude thieves na dpost items they never have intention of selling or providing to the bereaved customers. It beats the h*ll out of me.

This complaint isn't even about Eternity Cremation Urns. Yet our name is being dragged negatively through this website when there is no complaint about either our policy, customer service or ethics from the woman who posted this.
I read the customer's complaints and in it other than mentioning our website by name, there is no mention of anything that we did inappropriate dishonest. The woman complaining mentions in extreme detail what the she says the other company did, but there is absolutely no mention of our company doing anything wrong. Her gripe is with the other company she mentions. Therefore, our name shouldn't even be on this complaint and Rip Off Report should remove our name entirely.
I remember her explicitly. She was very upset that the item she wanted was no longer avaialble was begging me to see if we somehow get it for her. I told her we can't get that cross which is probably why no one else she dealt with prior to us has it either.She cried and told me her husband would be angry with her if she could not get this particular item and she feared him because he was a violent man. I spent a long time on the phone with this person listening compassionately to her problem. She seemed unbalanced and very afraid of her spouse. Now I find this report accidentally on a search that this same woman mentions our company in a complaint.

Just a brief update. Guess these companys don't have a rebuttal as they know the truth was told. In addition, I got some very nasty e-mails from Ralf at memorial.com and wanted to know if I had children which is the very reason I am in need of a cremation jewelry item But why the heck would he ask if I had children???? I finally did find a company who took my order for the same cross and it was to be shipped in 3 days. It has been over 10 and still waiting. Sure as hell I don't need these people's services often and that cremation remains can't get up and walk off. I think my son is tired of waiting.
