I bought a horse advertised under Triple 777 Paint Horses from Patricia Wilson. Money for the horse was wired into her account after we both signed a 30 day trial/purchase agreement. The horse was shipped to me without proper health papers and coggins papers. I am not sure that the horse in my possession is even the horse advertised in the ad.
I had an expert horseman try the horse before I got on him. The horse knew nothing. He appeared not even broke. He was advertised as "safe enough for children", "honest broke kids horse", "family horse", with a "#1 very quiet temperment". The trainer recommended that I not even get on him, as the trainer had to jump off of him in full motion, because the horse would not even stop. It was recommended that I exercise my option to return the horse as stated in the contract as soon as possible.
I have made phone calls and spoken to Patricia Wilson on several different phone numbers. Many are the same numbers that I have seen on ads on AgDirect under different farm names: EtexEquine, Triple 777 Paint Horses, and Cannon Creek. Phone numbers that I have called are: 903-562-1599, 903-562-0777, 903-263-9009, 903-742-9942.
I have not yet been able to return the horse. And, will continue to work on my request for a refund and the return of the horse.
I feel for this horse, even though he is a bully to the other horses. He probably has been shuffled around all of his life and survived by being the aggressor. I paid a premium price for a horse that was supposedly perfectly trained, "push button" and ready to go. I am saddended that a horse could be so badly misrepresented...and I am saddened about the future of this horse.

This lady Patricia Wilson lies so much she don't remember what lie she has said. I myself bought a horse from her. A kid gentle ,family horse. (RIGHT) . This horse ended up with three different names. Wrong coggins ,fake name and city where she was adv. Adv on Agdirect and they keep letting her put her ads on. People are getting hurt, I had someone email me that she had bought a kid safe horse from this crazy lady ,that she supposely had for 5 years and to find out this horse was purchased a week before from a auction for a little of nothing and was sold for a big profit. The lady that bought her was able to track this horse and found out the previous owner sold the horse because it tried to stomp his calves, stomp his dog and then tried to stomp his wife..(KID HORSE). She needs to be stopped. She advs on all the horse classifed ads. She uses fake names ,fake cities and fake ranch names and usually advs kid or 4-h horses. The way to recognize her is her phone numbers which are 903-742-9942 903-562-0777 903-562-1599.All are east texas area code . Right now go to dreamhorse forum and go under fraud and see what all she has done.

THIS PERSON WHO by the way has 3 complaints with the district he is in on his behavior and harrassment issues. I have had no one contact me to rectifiy anything. Im availible 24/7 and my ranch is Etex Equine. ONLY. Noone else and the others he has listed are ranches I sell horses for. I do consignments and broker horses for other ranches,trainers,owners,in the whole state of Texas as well as 10 other states. So there information is listed with my contact for the horse Im not the owner so False MISREPRESENTATION would be my claiming I own the horse. That is someone elses. The contracts are posted prior to selling the horse.
