Ethan Allen Retail Inc. Rip off for $1400-Sofa Went On Sale 6 Days After Purchase-Would Not Price Protect Me Princeton New Jersey
Ill Keep this simple. I purchased about $12,000 in furnishings from Ethan Allen Princeton on September 24, 2016- on October 1, 2016 the items went on sale at 30 % off. I asked them to price protect me on the new sale prices, as I could have easily waited 6 more days to save over $1400 if the sales person had been honest with me. Apparently more concerned with her commission than me. They told me I had 72 hours after I signed for furniture on 9/24 to complain and get sale price.
This is unfair and a rip off-employees hiding behind company policy and not protecting consumer. I called today to appeal to their sense of fair play~ but no luck.
