This person, Isaac Kitchen, is a huge rip-off. He bought equipment (a motor) from me, promising to mail a check and never did! I secured a Judgement against him for $450 and I'm now trying to enforce collection. We used to trade services a little, but he refuses to do anything to square up with me on this last deal, for reasons I'll never know.
His sorry carpet cleaning service is a rip too. He advertises Truck Mounted Steam Cleaning, however, he is using a rental type portable unit that utilizes the customer's water and electricity. He has no problem dumping the dirty water right outside your entry door either. He prices his work nearly 3 times what most companies seem to charge as well, clearing taking advantage of those "un-aware".
