Ethos After 2 weeks of waiting for my check refund, I finally called them. NO REFUND. South Surrey Nationwide

I tried their product and they dont work at all. So, i called them and asked them to refund my money. THey're goin to write me a check because my card had already been closed and they cant return the money back there. I asked the representative i spoke with if i need to do anything else ,maybe return the remaing product.. She (nicole) said "NO". So, I threw the remaining away since I dont have a need for it. Since It dont work. .. So, i wait for my check. More than 2 weeks have gone by and nothing. I called today only to find out that my reund had never been processed and that I have to fill out a form to get it. I dont even want a doule money back, I ONLY WANT MY MONEY BACK. They say with no regrets that after I email them the form back they will process my refund and that will take another 2 weeks.

I read in the form that if i ddnt use the product properly i wont get the double money back. OK FINE
Im just hoping they give me my money back.
