Complaint Review: Etours and Travel

Somehow this company decided that I was an easy target for telemarketing their time share presentations.  Despite being on the "do not call" list, they have repeatedly called my home phone which is also a business phone.  Each time, I have asked to be removed from their call list just to receive aggressive responses, "You don't want a free trip to Orlando?"

I know the drill.  A free trip to Orlando means a mandatory attendance at a time share presentation.  I do not want a free trip to sit through a time share presentation.  Yet, despite repeated requests to be taken off their list, this company continues to call and, frankly, is just plain rude, when you say you are not interested.  I have reported them twice to the FTC and once to the Better Business Bureau.  They back off for a while after you report them but then ultimately call you again.

Check the internet -- many, many complaints about this company.  They have an "F" from the BBB.
