Complaint Review: ETP PLUS membership LLC

I called an 1800 number to apply for a credit card that promised no credit checks but you have to pay a membership fee of 99.00. So after talking with a lady that told me, I would be entered to win a computer and a free cell phone she told me that my card would be sent to me about 10 days after the money was withdrawal from my account. This was back in September.

Well, since September I have not recieved the card and I am down 99.00.

If anyone knows what i can do let me know
