ETRADE ETRADE FROZE ACCOUNT AND 3+ HOUR w/HANGUP CUST SERV MEANS STOLE MONEY chicago illinois
I transfered money to ETRADE they said they were concerned about fraud and locked all my accounts. I called several times, each time the wait EXCEEDED THREE HOURS, I got through once and they hung up on me.
I have tried for DAYS and each time the wait is 3+ hours and it hangs up on me. Effectively they STOLE MY MONEY. I cannot get it back nor can I get ahold of anyone.
