Sent me the wrong item and after many calls, being left on hold and misinformation, I was refunded my money, minus the shipping.

They screwed up by not notifying me it was out of stock and sending me something I didn't order. They are not justified in keeping the postage, which costs almost as much as the item itself. Everyone in customer service is a teenager or early 20's and left me on hold for long periods of time. I contacted someone named Philip Levy whose name was on the automated e-mail response. It said to contact him with any concerns. I explained the situation to him and without any kind of response, he put me on hold for a while and then another teenager got on and said her supervisor was "in a meeting" and would e-mail me. I never heard from her "supervisor".

The only adult I spoke with at this company was Philip Levy, who was completely void of personality and passed the buck to a teenager. It's not a large amount of money, but it is owed to me nonetheless, and it's very greedy of this company (which can certainly afford it) to keep my postage when it was clearly not my fault. I would not recommend the inept, rip-off, Etronics to anyone. The best part is that they close early on Friday (the sabbath) as if they're going to heaven!
