Etsy, Inc. TrcClothing Charged & Debited Checking Account Without Providing Product or Refunding Money Brooklyn NY
On April 4th I purchased 6 cloth face masks at a total cost of $30.00. I paid and extra $9.00 for 3 Day Shipping but I have yet to receive any merchandise or a refund for the purchase as requested in writing and it has been 9 days. When I contacted Etsy.com via email, they said they would contact me with 24-48 hours but that hasn't either.
Clearly this is a scam to take advantage of people during a very disturbing time in the world with COVID-19.
Caveat Emptor!! Buyer Beware of Etsy's Fraudulent Scams!
