Eucid Networks this company is bogus, they offered all these free downloads for a fee and they advertised to offer excel, there was no working phone number , and absolutely no technical support Ripoff San Jose California
Euclid Inc. and a division of Euclid Networks is ripping people off on a multiple of sites, and all the billing goes to an annonymous billing company called MarketBill.com
This is soley owned by Euclid Networks Ltd. St. Kitts, Nevis and here is the big catch.. the co-founder Ral Cherukuri, Co founder has founded other successfu ventures. Ramp Networks and is traded on Nasdaq ????????
This is how they rip you off they offer a service at one price but when you click to buy it they have loaded you up with extra services they you never agreed to.
I emailed them and let them know under no terms was I going to tolerate the over charges and in addition the service was bogus.
I never received a reply within 4 hours it was like 28 hours or more and then they were trying to say they would take off just the padded charges. The phone number 514-733-2549 doesn't do anything but carry you to a pre-recorded message that finally let's you know that you need to call back for the same bull s**t. I tried filing a complaint with IC3, but there is no URL and so you get , that is not a valid web site,,,,, so I can't file my complaint with the Federal Government.
