Complaint Review: Eun Young Chung

This person bought a Louis Vuitton Surya XL for $799 designer handbags from me and couple of days later rudely emailed me and said he wanted a refund because, she can buy the handbag at a lower price and claimed that i sold her a replica and she knows better that she did not. She then escalated rude emails to me saying that she wants her money or else she will dispute it to her credit card and that qoute "It's not the first time that I did it, I did it before and I got away with it" to keep the merchandise and got away with the full refund of the bag. To make it short April 17 she file a dispute to Paypal and told Paypal her deceptive complaints and get away with it. Paypal give me 1 choice to refund the money and she gets to keep my bag and got were about to get away with it.

On the other hand, I responded to her that ALL SALES ARE FINAL and I only honor exchanges and I will honor exchange of the bag to another and she got mad and threatend me with the above statement "It's not the first time that I did it, I did it before and I got away with it". She ignore my respond and went ahead and file a dispute to Paypal regardless. Paypal has no Seller Protection against these kind of unethical refund/chargeback dispute and I found that hard to believe once a customer said "they bought something that is not like the one describe".

Technically, the customer failed to return the merchandise and at the same time she filed a Paypal dispute because she knows she can get away with it according to her own words. These person is a Con Artist who enjoy stealing from businesses specially to designer handbags business owners,

If your a Louis Vuitton seller BEWARE or you might just be the next victim of a Con Artist unless your all ready a VICTIM.
