Maybe 2 years ago, I purchased $200 worth of beauty products that were to help me with my very oily skin and would last 1+ years since I would use very little of the product. After three weeks, there was no improvement.  I went back to the store to complain that the products (1) not working and (2) the moisturizer’s smell and texture was changing despite having the product for 3 wks.  It seemed as if the mosturizer was old when it was sold to me.  If the product was changing texture in 3 wks, how would it last 1 year.  I went back to the store and the Israeli manager gave me a specific appointment date and time bc he was going out of town and he wanted to personally refund my $ with all the products and the receipt (which I showed the manager so he knew I was an actually customer).  I was shocked at this high level of customer service.  Well lo and behold when I went back, the store was closed down and the space was empty. :(

Today (11/15/17) while at lunch I saw that the same products were now repackeaged and sold under Oceane Beauty.  I went into the store under the guise that I love the products and asked if they were related to Euphorie.  The store manager said they were indeed the same company and had the same products.   Unbelievable. The manager launched into his high pressure sales schtik and proceeded to tell me how lovely my skin is.  (I knew right there he was lying bc I have very bad oily skin).

I had previously read  ripoffreport.com/reports/timeless-cosmetics-oceane-cosmetics/miami-beach-florida-33139/timeless-cosmetics-aka-oceane-beauty-biggest-scam-on-lincoln-road-and-at-aventura-mal-1235238 and that complaint mentions "Mind, Body and Soul" which both Euphorie and Oceane Beauty tout.

I would love a refund of the money I spent at Euphorie but I dont even know if I have the receipt.
